Detailed Description:
SHALLOW GROUNDWATER CAUSED THE PARTIALLY BURIED PRODUCED WATER TANK TO FLOAT, RESULTING IN A DUMP-LINE DETACHMENT FROM THE PRODUCED WATER TANK. CLICK IMAGES TO ENLARGE
